The Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers, and Grain Millers (BCTGM) International Union is a modern union with old-fashioned values. BCTGM exemplifies outstanding community service and dedication from food drives to disaster relief, and it’s members have always been involved in aiding those within their communities. BCTGM locals throughout the U.S. and Canada have an impressive record in gathering union volunteers for activities that improve their communities and enhance the lives of those who are less fortunate.

BCTGM Local 374-G has represented the 300 plus employees at the Kellogg Company’s cereal manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for over 40 years. We proudly produce some of the iconic Kellogg’s brands including Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes, Crispix, and Special K.
