Constitution and By Laws

Per our Local 374G By Laws, (Article 1, Section 3(c), May, 2007 version) we are required to update the Constitution and By Laws every four (4) years which commenced in the year 2007. In the course of this "update" numerous issues were uncovered which required changes to the By Laws as written. The Trustees investigated all inconsistencies and found some that they were not able to fully substantiate. These issues have been identified and will be presented to the membership to be voted on.
